Basic Design = $85/hr (Includes Basic Consultation/Quote Free of Charge)
Full CD Layout Package (Double Sided Tray Card + Double Sided Inlay) = $600
Full CD Layour Package (4pp Tray Booklet + Double Sided Inlay) = $850
Full CD Layout Package (8pp Tray Booklet + Double Sided Inlay) = $1,000

For single inlay subtract $50.
